We’re starting in inner London: Camden, City of London, Greenwich, Hackney, Hammersmith & Fulham, Islington, Kensington & Chelsea, Lambeth, Lewisham, Southwark, Tower Hamlets, Wandsworth and Westminster. We’ll add more of London as the fleet grows. Register with your postcode and we’ll tell you when we’re coming to you.

We’re opening postcode by postcode, and registrations help us decide where our spas go first. Registered owners will be the first to hear launch dates and prices, and the first to be offered appointments.

No. Registering is free and there’s nothing to pay. We’ll simply keep you up to date about the launch.

A specialist cat groomer with a background in feline care, trained by us in feline grooming and running a mobile spa. More about our welfare promise.

No. We don’t sedate cats, but we’ll work with your vet should sedation be needed. We rely on calm, low-stress handling, and if a cat becomes too stressed we stop.

No. Our London spas are for cats only, so there are no dogs and no dog smells.

Yes. We don’t brush out matts, as it hurts. Matts are removed by clipping, which may mean a shorter coat. We’ll explain what’s needed and agree it with you before we start.

We look for lumps, bumps, skin problems, fleas and sore spots as we go. After the groom you’ll get notes on your cat’s coat and condition, photos, aftercare advice, and a suggested date for the next groom.

London grooms start from £95, including VAT. The price depends on your cat’s size, coat, condition and temperament. See our services.

Yes. We groom them one after another during the same visit. Each cat is priced for their own groom.

Yes. Please keep your cat indoors before we arrive and have them ready in a secure cat carrier. We’ll collect them from your door and hand them back to you after the groom.

As close to your door as we can legally park. We’ll ask about parking when you book. If you have a visitor permit, that helps; any paid parking is added to the bill.

No. Our all-electric spas carry everything they need.

Sorry, no. For insurance reasons, owners can’t be in the spa during the groom.

Yes. Many of our London customers will live in flats. Bring your cat down to the spa in a secure carrier, or let us know if you need help with access.
